Exquisite artichoke hearts with a tender texture, no chewy leaves, with a freshly intense fragrance. Naturally grown on the sides of the Ebro river, in the North of Spain, these artichokes belong to the “Blanca de Navarra" variety. They are hand-peeled individually to assure a tender texture with no chewy leaves, and freshly intense fragrance. They are perfect for tapas, or used for pasta sauces and risottos.
