Whether you're hosting a dinner party or craving an aperitivo moment at home, this ready-to-serve selection is the ideal gourmet treat. Handmade in Santoña and packed with flavour, these Gildas are a staple of Northern Spain’s pintxos culture.

- A) Chilli 41% (chilli, water, salt, preservatives (E260 and E223 (sulphites)), acidifier (E330) and antioxidant (E300)), green olives stuffed with anchovy paste 38% (pitted green olives, anchovy paste 10%*
B) (water, ANCHOVY (FISH), thickener (E401), water, salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E631 and E627), acidifier (E330) and antioxidant (E300)), ANCHOVY FILLETS 21% (ANCHOVY (Engraulis encrasicolus) and salt). Covering liquid: Sunflower oil. - Allergens
