Idiazabal Cheese, D.O.P. 1kg

Bring the flavours of the Basque Country and Navarra to your table with this award-winning Idiazabal DOP Smoked Cheese. Crafted from raw sheep’s milk and naturally smoked, this semi-hard cheese delivers a distinctive flavour profile – nutty, slightly spicy, and rich with savoury complexity.

Each wheel is carefully aged and vacuum-packed for freshness, showcasing the golden-yellow hue and rustic rind that symbolise centuries of cheesemaking heritage. Whether served on a cheese board or grated over hot dishes, it’s a true Spanish delicacy.

Ingredients: Raw sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, preservative E-252, lysozyme (egg-derived), rind preservatives E-202 and E-235.
Allergens: LACTOSE, EGG.
Storage & Care: Keep refrigerated below 7°C. Open the pack and keep it room temperature for at least 30 minutes before eating.
