Serrano Ham Croquettes, 1kg (Frozen)
Ham croquetas are the most famous ones not only in Spain but around the world. Made following the traditional recipe, the creamy bechamel is packed with ham, formed into shape and tossed in breadcrumbs, frozen and ready to fry. Enjoy them as a tapa with a cold drink. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until golden brown and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- Ingredients
- A) MILK (LACTOSE), ham bone broth [water, ham bones], breadcrumbs [wheat flour (GLUTEN), water, salt, yeast], cured ham 8%
B) [pork ham, salt, sugar, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate], wheat flour and wheat starch (GLUTEN),
