Produced in Cantabria by Conservas Arlequín, each fillet is prepared fresh, lightly marinated with vinegar and salt, and packed to maintain its delicate flavour. Ready to eat straight from the tub, they are perfect for tapas, salads, canapés, or pairing with crisp white wine.
