Smaller than the traditional leg ham, the shoulder is expertly cured for approximately 12 months in natural drying rooms, where it develops its signature buttery texture and deep aroma.

When we provide any products to you, the buyer, under these terms and conditions, payment will be charged to the credit card account provided by you on the website order form/over the telephone.

Next, we will send you an electronic receipt to your email address with details of the product, an order number, and delivery details, including any tracking information. We will send you a further email once the products have been dispatched.
You, the buyer, will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.
