Mojo Verde Sauce, 300ml, jar
Mojo verde is a Spanish cold sauce originally from the Canary Islands. The main ingredients are green peppers, jalapeños, coriander, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and spices. Serve mojo verde sauce straight away as a dipping sauce with Canarian wrinkly potatoes and crusty bread. It also goes particularly well with fried fish and roasted veggies.
