Our fire-roasted piquillo peppers are traditionally peeled by hand, preserving the meaty texture and sweet taste. Thanks to the fire-roasted process, the peppers have a delicious smoky flavour. Their larger size makes them ideal for stuffing with your favourite ingredient: cod, mince beef, cream cheese, etc. The Whole Roasted Piquillo Peppers can also be sliced to use them in salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches, on pizzas or for decorating the top of a paella.
