Royal Baking Powder - a stable ingredient in many kitchens around the world. It has the perfect amount of active agent that will rise the sponge but keep it moist at the same time. Even though it is used mainly for cakes, it works great for cookies or any other bake that requires baking powder. It comes in individual sachets which are easy to use and store.
