Pinchos Morunos Seasoning Mix, 600g
This is the seasoning used on the popular pinchos morunos. Pinchos Morunos Seasoning Mix is a secret blend of traditional herbs and spices such as paprika, garlic, pepper, cumin, thyme, etc. Simply sprinkle the mix over your preferred meat and add some extra virgin olive oil. Then mix it well and leave it to marinate for 12 hours.
