Cooking Pomace Olive Oil, 5000ml
After the extra virgin olive oil is extracted, the remaining olive pulp (pomace) is pressed again resulting the cooking pomace olive oil. This type of olive oil is mainly used for cooking, as a monounsaturated fat, it is a better choice for cooking than other seed oils like canola, sunflower or peanut as it is healthy and more durable than other oils.
