Description:

Marinated olives are the most delightful form to eat olives. Like home made food, marinating your own olives allows you to give a unique flavour and make the perfect conbination.


Method:

1 - If olives are in brain, drain them and discard the liquid. Put all the olives together in a jar.
2 - Fill with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil; add red peppers, lemon juice, rosemary springs, thyme and garlic.
3 – Close the jar, surround its lit with some kitchen roll for the liquid not to splatter. Mix all the ingredients by carefully turning upside down for few times.
4 - Let marinate 3-10 days upon your preference.

Advice: After marination and consumption of olives, the extra virgin olive oil which posesses flavours of herbs can be used in salads.


Ingredients:
1 kg olive(black or green)
Extra virgin olive oil
2-3 small hot red peppers
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rosemary springs
1/2 tsp thyme
4-5 cloves of garlic
