Romesco Sauce, 140g
Romesco is the most typical sauce of the Northeastern region of Spanish Catalonia. The main ingredients are olive oil, peppers, almonds and garlic. This sauce is traditionally served with fish but it complements amazingly well any kind of meats and vegetables.
