Bacalao, salted cod loin - a staple in the Basque cuisine. This tasty preserved fish can be used for the famous Bacalao Pil Pil dish, to make croquetas or in cold potato salads.  It’s uses are endless!

This product needs to be de-salted by soaking in water for at least 24 hours. For best results, keep the bowl in the fridge and change the water four times during the process.
