HOW DO I CHECK IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY?
If your order has been processed correctly, we will send you an e-mail from Iberica LTD confirming your order. Please, check the Spam folder in case our email is there.
If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please contact us by telephone or via our contact form.
WHEN WILL I GET MY IBERICA ORDER?
We use next day delivery service, and we usually dispatch orders within the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. We do not deliver at the weekend so any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week at the earliest, unless a later delivery date has been selected.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be sent the tracking number via email, which allows you to track your order and can spot any upcoming issues with the delivery. Additionally, you will be sent an email once the parcel has been delivered or left in a safe place. If you are at the delivery address and receive this but do not have the parcel you must call us immediately so that we can rectify a mis-delivery.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR DATE?
If you need to change your delivery address or date please simply complete our contact form or call 01273 59 02 82 and a member of the team will amend your order accordingly as long as there is still time to do so.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel your order, simply complete our contact form or call us on 01273 59 02 82 during office hours up to 10am the day before delivery. If cancelling this late, please do so by phone. If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped to you, please notify us, and do not accept receipt of the goods. On return, we will refund the order to your credit card excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, in any case, not later than 10 days from the date on which you gave notice of your cancellation.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING ITEMS THAT WOULD NORMALLY BE KEPT IN THE FRIDGE?
We use dry ice and thermal packaging to keep your food products cold in transit and use extra dry ice during warm weather. If your order contains chilled or frozen products, it will still stay chilled/frozen inside our packaging until the day following delivery. Our cheeses and meats all have at least some curation and are thus able to be transported for 24-48 hours in such packaging without any detriment to the product.
Customers should be sure that they are able to receive delivery of orders containing refrigerated goods on the first delivery attempt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for degradation of such products that were unable to deliver at the first attempt due to the client being absent.
WILL ADVERSE WEATHER AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES?
Things may take a little longer if there are bad driving conditions. However, we will notify you if there is going to be a major delay with your order.
WHAT IF IBERICA CANNOT SEND ALL OF YOUR ORDER?
If we are unable to send part or all of your order, we are entitled to substitute any item in your order with an item of the same or higher value of the same or very similar product.
WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGING, IS IT ECO-FRIENDLY?
Our products use the minimum packaging to reduce waste and the majority of wrappers are biodegradable and/or recyclable. All of our hampers are made of recycled carboard and instead of polystyrene we use natural wood wool shavings /or recyclable paper shavings for packing.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT FROM THE STORE ON THE SAME DAY?
Yes, we offer a click and collect service. Most orders might be ready to collect in one or two hours after receiving the order, but we recommend you to get in touch with us during our regular opening hours and let us know when you would like to collect your order.
HOW LONG DO CURED MEATS LAST?
Cured meats will keep for 12 months in the right conditions. They are best kept in the fridge once you open them. Even once they have been opened, they are fine for at least six weeks. Just fold over their plastic packaging and keep in the fridge.
HOW LONG DOES CHEESE LAST?
Our cured cheese is all vacuum-packed and will usually last for at least 6 to 12 months unopened. Even once they have been opened, they are fine for at least 3 weeks. Just fold over their plastic packaging and keep in the fridge.
DO YOU SELL WHOLE HAMS?
We do sell whole hams, we stock Iberico bellota hams and Serrano hams. Our hams are cured in natural dryers, where they develop their unique flavour and then they are sent straight from Spain to us. Once it arrives to your home, you can keep it in the kitchen unwrap it and hang it, better still, in a cool room, for at least three months.
